  • acrylic colour blocking light (expected)
  • formation of bubbles from air inclusion (expected)
  • movement and deformation of bubbles due to shear stress when glass slides are moved (expected)
  • little protrusions forming from bubble edges and connecting to opposite (unexpected)
 This experiment is a variation based on „experiment with halogen bulb in acrylic coloured water“. I was curious to play with the same key elements: acrylic color and light. The reduced scale and different experimental setup allow other phenomena to emerge from the same actants.
